The Farmer's Choice is sure to feed the hardest working and the most deserving members of the family. This package has: 

• 2 Ribeye Steaks
• 2 Sirloin Steaks
• 2 Filet Mignons
• 2 NY Strip Steaks
• 6 lbs Ground Beef (1lb flat vacuum sealed packages)
• 2 lbs Beef Patties (Pre-Formed)
• 1 Chuck Roast

Our steaks are cut to approximately 1 inch thick, because every animal is unique, final beef weights may vary slightly. We do our best to provide accurate estimates, but natural differences and processing can cause small variations.
