Terms of service
We want you to be fully satisfied with your beef. If you have any concerns about your order when it arrives, please email us right away. Reports must be sent to us within 24-48 hours of the delivery. Customers must provide:
- Photos of the box upon delivery
- Photos of the packaging inside
- Photos of the individual beef packages
