I was grateful the package arrived completely frozen and in a reusable cooler. The tracking was a bit off. From Nebraska to Tennessee then to New Mexico.
I haven’t cooked the roast yet. I used the cube steaks they were very tough. I even used my own tenderizer on them very grisly. I’m hoping the rest of my order is better.

The beefy flavor of these cows is amazing. Keep this up, and you won’t have to worry much about farming corn and soybeans. Roast was a tad on the small side but it was devoured in one sitting.

Very nice cut of chuck roast. I cooked in a slow cooker and it came out very tender and juicy!
This was the best roast I've had in years. The slow cooker stew couldn't have been better. I'll have to start selecting a new order soon. Cows turn silage and water into yummy meats!
