Take the hassle out of burger night with our Farm-Raised Premium Hamburger Patties! Made from our superior 85/15 blend of ground beef, these patties offer the perfect balance of leanness and moisture, ensuring juicy, flavorful results without excessive grease.
We've done the work for you: each package contains four perfectly formed 1/3lb* patties, pressed to a consistent size for uniform cooking. The package is then securely vacuum-sealed to lock in freshness, prevent freezer burn, and make them completely grill-ready straight from your freezer. Just thaw and toss on the heat for the ultimate quick-serve gourmet burger!
*All weights are approximate. Because our beef is hand-cut and every animal is unique, final weights and yields will vary.
They were delicious
This was my second order. We were ecsatic with the quality of the steaks & burger packages. Everything was mouth watering. Everybody ate well and had leftovers to take home. Compared to eating out, the savings for top shelf beef was a bargain!

The Hamburger Patties were GREAT
It was one of the best beef patties we have had and easy to digest. Some beef is either very dry, tasteless and difficult to digest, so my husband and I started buying impossible plant patties as a more digestible alternative. We now found our way back to eating beef patties with First Market Beef. Thank you, Laura!

burgers were funny looking (to us) in the vacuum packed bags. After they thawed out they looked much better. Being a little thinner (but same weight) as local supermarket burgers made it a little difficult not to overcook. Taste was on par with local burgers, but shipping costs make it difficult to continue ordering.
