To guarantee the pristine condition of this luxury cut, every steak is individually vacuum-sealed, preserving its peak freshness and delicate texture until it reaches your table. Perfect for special occasions or when you simply crave the best.
Each package contains 1 steak, because our cattle are raised naturally and our steaks are hand-cut by local butchers, no two steaks are exactly alike. While we aim for a specific target weight, please expect some slight variation in the size and thickness of your cuts. We believe this uniqueness is a hallmark of truly local, small-batch beef!

I'm 79 years old and work on a farm in my younger days. I've had a lot of beef, and I can say that your beef was great. It tasted like good beef should taste like, not like you get in stores. I don't know how and what your feed your beef but just keep it up. You have a great tasting meet. Thank you Larry.

The 2 we bought were good size and very tasty.
The Filet Mignon is very tender and flavorful. I cooked it stove top on a carbon steel skillet and covered it with a glass lid. Just salt and pepper added. Delicious! I ordered it as part of a bundle.
