Each Package contains 1 steak, Because our cattle are raised naturally and our steaks are hand-cut by local butchers, no two steaks are exactly alike. While we aim for a specific target weight, please expect some slight variation in the size and thickness of your cuts. We believe this uniqueness is a hallmark of truly local, small-batch beef!

The New York strip steak was amazing I have never tasted such a quality piece of meat in my life. It’s like love at first sight. Lol
I BBQed them with a Garlic and Pepper rub. They were absolutely wonderful with great flavor. They were trimmed just right with the right amount of fat. I will definitely buy again.

Hello, I tried the 8oz sirloin steak and my wife had the 4oz filet minion.
Her filet minion was wonderful. The sirloin while tasting excellent had 2oz of inedible tendon and cartilage. For a 8oz steak it was a bit much that could not be eaten. That is why only 4 stars. I still will try other selections as the taste was excellent.
Great marbling and consequently great flavor. Only issue is that they're cut too thin. Hard to grill a steak that thin without over cooking.

The meat was great but the price not so much.
The stakes were absolutely delicious. The only thing I didn't like was the portion size. I like steaks medium-rare. So a thicker steak would be fantastic.

The taste is incredible and tender. Definitely a big difference from “standard” meat purchased at local grocery stores. I cook it stove top on a cast iron or carbon steel skillet. I trim off the excess fat and cut it into bite size. This is the second time I order and planning on a third.
These steaks were butter soft and exceptionally tasty!
