I was grateful the package arrived completely frozen and in a reusable cooler. The tracking was a bit off. From Nebraska to Tennessee then to New Mexico.

I received a 1lb 3oz piece of meat. At $1.47 per oz, It should have been better. It wasn't bad, but not great either. I've had better for less. It was trimmed very clean. Too clean to use on open fire. I used it for Tacos and it was ok..
Though I have yet to cook it, the skirt steak looks great. It is a cut of beef that my mother would make frequently, but it is hard to find in the local grocery stores here. I usually prepare it like a Swiss steak.
