On one side of the signature T-shaped bone, you get the bold, meaty texture of a New York Strip. On the other, a generous portion of Filet Mignon that cuts like butter.
Because our cattle are grain-finished right here on the farm, the marbling on these T-Bones is exceptional. The bone acts as a heat conductor during cooking, locking in moisture and infusing the meat with an extra layer of savory richness you won't get from a boneless cut.
Fantastic T-Bone! So large I had to eat it in two meals. The leftover was equally delicious.

Great steak!!!! Prices are ok higher than some. Meat provided for 1/4 cow a little different than others.
Grilled the steaks this past Tuesday. They were fantastic. The marbling was perfect, juicy and flavorful. This was my second order and won’t be my last!
T-bones were very tasting and very tender. You could have cut it with a butter knife. I will order more soon.
I thought it had great flavor, and cooked very nicely. Was tender easy to cut. And made for a great left over steak sandwich the next day.
The package arrived in steamy Florida with everything still frozen!!! The steaks were awesome. Beef sticks were awesome. Not a huge fan of the beef patties but I would buy them again.
My T-Bone was awesome! As an older peasant I had to divide it into 2 meals but it was just as good the next day.
