Our Premium Tenderized Cube Steak brings classic comfort food to your kitchen in minutes. Cut from the leaner round or sirloin section and mechanically tenderized (or "cubed") for maximum tenderness, these thin steaks are ready for your favorite preparations.
Known for being exceptionally quick to cook, each package contains 2 steaks weighing 6–8* ounces each that is the perfect foundation for authentic Chicken Fried Steak, hearty steak fingers, or fast-cooking smothered steak dinners. Each pack is securely vacuum-sealed to maintain its quality and tenderness until you're ready to cook.

We bought 4 of these steaks and had the smallest one tonight. It was actually 2 steaks and they were perfect sized at about 4 ounces each. We are looking forward to trying the other 3 steaks in the weeks to come. Well worth the money.

It had great flavor and tender
I made a purchase to help support Laura and Grant after she announced her new business. Everything was sold out except stew meat and cube steak, not a problem I love cube steak so I ordered 10 of them.
The quality is exceptional, and the taste was amazing. I've had two so far and I will be buying more and I look forward to trying other products as well.
My only complaint is the size. The cubesteaks are advertised as 6-8 onces. 3 of the ones I received were around 5.5 ounces, 3 in the low 7's and 4 in the 6 once range.
