Each Package contains 1 Steak, because our cattle are raised naturally and our steaks are hand-cut by local butchers, no two steaks are exactly alike. While we aim for a specific target weight, please expect some slight variation in the size and thickness of your cuts. We believe this uniqueness is a hallmark of truly local, small-batch beef!

Cooked them up tonight for our Anniversary. Fantastic flavor. My wife absolutely enjoyed it. This was our first order and will definitely order again.

Being raised on a dairy farm back in the '50s and '60s, I know what that 24/7 life is like, so your channel really hits home. We also raised beef cattle, cotton, and soybeans. I bought two ribeye steaks to give to a friend who is on a carnivore keto diet. He loves them and gives them a perfect review. Great marbeling and taste.
The order for ribeye steaks was fulfilled with New York steaks. I grilled one tonight, it was good but not as good as a ribeye. Can I please get the ribeyes I ordered. I will gladly return the three new strips. Otherwise the burger patties were great. The speed that my order was received was also very good. If the ribeyes are as good as expected, you get 5 stars.

and $131.00 for two steaks is a little excessive for me on a regular basis.

Beef was excellent but delivery was delayed and meat arrived defrosted.
The ribeye was outstanding. Four minutes per side on a very hot grill. Perfection! The flavor was excellent with the perfect amount of marbling. Have been a long-time watcher of Laura Farms and love Laura and Grant!
Awesome steak
Amazing flavor. Not USDA graded as far as I know, but the marbling is on par with prime beef I've had from local butcher and steakhouses.

I have a local farmer to me that I buy my meat from. They are sold out much like you are a lot of the time. When I saw I could buy some from you, I tried your ribeye among other cuts. So far I have cooked the ribeye and it was excellent. Full flavor because I'm sure of the marbling. Definitely want more.

The rib eye steak was so delicious. It is hard to find a steak with great marbling and some fat still on the edges. This is what you get from First Market Beef. I would definitely recommend everyone to buy there meat from First Market Beef.
