 Each Package contains 1 Steak weighing an average of 14-16oz*. Because our cattle are raised naturally and our steaks are hand-cut by local butchers, no two steaks are exactly alike. While we aim for a specific target weight, please expect some slight variation in the size and thickness of your cuts. We believe this uniqueness is a hallmark of truly local, small-batch beef!
