First Market Beef started with a simple idea: help people feel confident about the beef they’re putting on their table. FMB was born to bring back that connection between quality farm beef and you, and to do it with care, integrity, and customer service.

What are the cattle fed?

Our commitment to superior beef starts with how we raise our cattle. Our animals begin on a wholesome diet of grass and forage (Grass-Fed), ensuring a natural and healthy start. They are then finished on high-quality grains grown right here on our farm (Grain-Finished). This specialized feeding regimen enhances the marbling and rich flavor profile of the beef, providing you with meat that is both tender and exceptionally flavorful.

How is it shipped?

Our beef is shipped frozen in insulated boxes. For more info check out our shipping information page for details on how your beef will arrive straight to your doorstep.

When will it arrive?

To guarantee your premium beef arrives in the freshest possible condition and avoid any weekend transit delays, we ship all orders on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Depending on your location, you can expect delivery within 1–3 business days from the shipping date. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
